My blue tooth is not working despite being turned on, don't know what to do. Can you help?
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Tips for a great answer:
The location of your Bluetooth program varies depending on your operating system and brand of Bluetooth software.
The Bluetooth icon is usually in the Control Panel or the Start menu.
If you can't find it, click Start, click Run, type bthprops.cpl, and then click OK.
If this doesn't work, your Bluetooth software might come from someone other than Microsoft, for example, from your computer manufacturer.
See the documentation that came with your computer for more information
Click Start Then click on Control panel and check and see if there is anything that refers to blue tooth and activate it.
If that doest work go to my computer right click on my computer select properties then hardware then device manager then scroll down look for
human interface devices see if it is there or anything with blue tooth on it and there it should allow you to enable it
if you are sure that there is a blue tooth in your computer you may need to check in control panel or start menu programs
if you are not sure that you have it then you have to make a right click on my computer manage - devices
and then check if there is a blue tooth hard ware or not
if not and your OS is not telling you that it discovered a new hard ware then you don't have any
hope this helps
