Vtech 9127, display bad

My vtech 900mhz cordless phone {model number 9127}, the display is weird, when ever i type in a number or someone calls, etc; the charecters look choppy, and the number eight looks like a backwards 3...whenever i hit it, it does get a little better, but i dont wanna break it.

How do I get my messages from my Vtech 6.0 phone? What numbers do I call, etc.

With the normal type of home phone you have to contact your phone service provider. There is a monthly fee for voicemail. They will tell you the number you have to phone which is usually a 4 digit number like 1471, then you put in your pin code and pound # key and press 1 to get new messages.

The category of VTech phone you have posted to has an inbuilt answering system. If that is the phone you have, give me the exact make and model, and I will find the manual and let you know what you have to do. Post as a COMMENT under my post. Then I will get a notification.

I live in the USA. My caller ID stopped displaying incoming calls. Last incoming call on the display says 12.2.14. Even when phone is ringing, caller ID does not display name, number, time, date, etc.

Call Phone Co and see if you are programed for the Caller ID feature. In some areas this feature cost more. Whether or not you are paying for it, it may not be programmed in their switch for you?

My Vtech cs5121 cordless phone has no dial tone

Vtech phones are junk! I have had many trouble calls for no dial tone, only to find out the Vtech phone is the only one they have, and it is defective.(It really DOES pain me to bill someone 91 dollars to tell them their 21 dollar phone is broken-always try another(preferably hard-wired) phone before calling the phone company!

How do i check my voice mall on my Vtech phone Model number CS6114

The CS6114 isn't a voicemail system. You have unheard messages on the voicemail system provided by your telephone company. This system records messages when someone calls while you're already on the phone. Please contact your telephone company for instructions on accessing their voicemail system.

My vtech digital 6.0 cordless phone says not registered but when someone calles the base of the phone still rings and people are able to leave messages but the actual phone isnt ringing, how can i fix it?

The base and the handset are not communicating. To have them do so, you need to "register" the handset with the base. Since you neglected to specify the model of your VTech DECT 6.0 phone I can't tell you how to do that. I can suggest you enter the model number into the search box here to download a copy of the manual. The manual will give you instructions on how to register the handset.

I have a UNiden 900mhz extended range and lost the guide for resetting modes, time, number of rings, etc. Can you give me a quick guideline?

just look up online Uniden cordless phone Owner's Manual 2.4Ghz model EXAI 2224 series. It's free and lists all the commands needed for your Uniden 900mhz phone. page 1 to 68 just like the same one that came with the phone.
