I just get an OpenGL error when i want to run Call Of Duty(game)

ATI at one time didn't really support gl graphics that much and didn't supply any drivers for it. What you need to do is do a quick search for opengl drivers for your card. Once those are installed you should be fine.
You can try the catalyst driver from amd/ati and that should include the opengl support.
http://support.amd.com/US/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx
If that doesn't get it working then you will have to google up a opensource opengl driver

Problems with Palit R700

The R700 is also a HD4850 but is the X2 model. Have you checked for any firmware updates or driver updates on Palit's site here: http://www.palit.biz/main/download.php?pc_cate=vga&id=1038

I'd also check the games for their specific requirements most notably if they require Direct X or openGL drivers.

Post back with what's happening in the games and what error messages are so we can help with isolating the actual problem.

Unable to play the PC game Crysis

AlanChong20, update you're video casr software. The radeon 9200 last update is listed at this link.
http://ati.amd.com/support/drivers/xp/radeon-prer300-xp.html
The date for the upgrade is Nov. 15, 2006 No more driver update are being made.
If you're game still gives you the same error try lowering the game graphics detail settings. If set to high, bring them down to medium. It very possible you're card does not have enough memory to play the game. The 9200 is a older card. It may be time to upgrade.
