I think the firmware might have got corrupted due to some virus attack ... you get installed with new firmware with the technician .... follow some tips before that : 1. plugin the charger without the battery an then have look any lights will come on or not 2. just insert some of your friends same handset s battery and then have a try ...
if the problem persists then visit the technician ..

Hi ,Try to charge your mobile with another same model battery, switch it on.. and keep it swiching on for five mins,, and try with your battery .. its really works.. this is all because your battery charge limit is gone under minimum
Hi Friend, Initially u have remove the sim card and the battery. Once u have removed insert only the battery and put to charge for 10 to 15 mins. then remove the mobile from charger and insert the sim card. Now after 30 sec switch it on.U will be able to do the process

to format your mobile fistly switch off you mobile then press 3, * , dail key and switch on key at once don't release your hand unless mobile say's formating
When I make a call or attend a call or opening web, my mobile is automatically switching off. But I use it for other entertainment purpose there no problem
