Sounds as though your tuner module is not working or you have a lack of signal to the tuner. You need to be sure that the set hasn't been switched to a different mode ( ie: from tuner to video..etc ). If all is correct in that matter, are you using a satellite dish. If you are infact using a satellite dish, then the signal strength from the satellite is not suffecient. ( you may need to realign the dish ). If you are on a cable signal ( cable TV ) you may have a bad input cable and need to call the cable company to check their input line. If all is well with the signals coming in, then infact, you may a bad tuner module in the TV. Good Luck

The problem is that the modulator output frequency of your sky box is exactly the same as for example chanel 5 on your terestrial aerial.
You need to change this number to a different one thats clear of local terestrial transmissions
1) Select the Services button on your Sky or Sky+ remote control.
2) Type in 401 [select] on your key pad and you will get to the installer menu. You cant gain access to this via the drop down menu as it is designed for the Sky Engineer to use.
Select Option 4 to configure the RF outlets on your Sky Digibox.
4) The option RF Chanel Number change this number from example 35 to 60 .
You may need to do this using other numbers 26 34 55 etc
Every time you alter the number store it then try & tune TV to sky.
Any other sets in the house connected by RF leads will require retuning for sky.
Save new settings and you should find that your RF outlet to TV works fine.

Try useing your remote to access the menu. Find and press "channel program". The TV should sequence each channel into the memory which will take a few minutes depending on how many are available from your cable/sattelite service. If you are not useing cab/sat, signals from just antenna will be very few and weaker

i have read about this problem when searching for tv reviews. The problem i believe is the tv is in shop mode. This is whats used for tvs being shown in store which can be played with so the settings reset every day. You need to go into the settings and change from shop to home. Not sure where you change this but it comes up on initial setup. Hope this helps.
