It keeps turning off

My w375 keeps turning off without any apparent reason. It never used to do it but all of a sudden it became constant. Can anyone suggest what i might do to fix it?

I receive dings constantly for no apparent reason. No message, no email. What could be causing the annoying ringtones, could it be alerts or notifications that have been set.

Usually if it's a reminder is makes the noise and notifies you of the reason. Try turning your phone all the way off then back on.

This is apparently an indication that an application is running. I found that Messenger was running for some reason (I never use it) & once I turned it off, the flashing stopped. Check for running applications.

Download Error

The w375 has a tiny memory (500kb) so I expect you do not have enough memory to store the ringtone file.

Free up as much space as you can (ie delete photos, stored web pages etc) and try again.

It doesn't turn on

try a new battery if that does not help, then take te phone to a mobile service center and have them reflash the phone to bring it back to life.
