Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional for PC
I have found several sites that refer to the same tool (remover.zip) which can be found here (amongst other sites):
I do not have the "virus" and am not willing to open the zip file (just in case I am actually downloading a Trojan).
Give it a try. It seems from some of the other posts that I read that not even reformatting the hard drive will get rid of it. I had this same problem with the Dyfuca "virus" a few years ago and had to Zero the hard drive to start again (this removes everything from the hard drive including the boot sector - makes the hard drive like one just bought from the shop).

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
