I believe what your service provider meatn was to locate your wireless icon on the lower right hand corner of the screen, use right hand button of the mouse to click the wireless icon to connect to the wireless network of your choice. Does that help?
With Windows XP in the lower-right corner of your screen is the Notification Area where there are a bunch of little icons. There should be an icon that looks strikingly similar to your Kodak 5100 AIO printer. Double-clicking this icon will bring up the printer's status window. In the top right-hand corner of this window there are three icons. The first from the left is the maintenance icon that looks like a crossed hammer and wrench. After clicking this icon it should become obvious how to calibrate your new ink cartridges and printer heads.
