Open up your phone you'll need phone screw here.than you can check keypad connector,clean up with an pencils eraser(its safety) usually keypad or keypad light problem because off dirty connector.good luck.

the picron switch behind the numeric 2 may be broken but in most cases its due to fluid built up between the two points you will have to have the face plate taken off and the key pad cleaned should fix it
Hi, Sorry to say this please replace keypad crstal IC,and jumper it will work 100% ....reheat the upper components and the the whole pcb,with care,the keypad ic is same as 6600, 6630, n70, 6680, 6280 LCD IC.
