Question about Washing Machines
If your machine is new, and you self installed it, you forgot to remove the shipping bolt, for front load-check the back there are four long screw sometime three depending on the brand , for top load tilt ur unit take a look on the bottom- in the middle again depending on the brand they use a single bolt to hold the tub during transporting- remove it, slide out the spacer it will be ok. now if your unit is some years back already you have your problem with its transmission or gearcase for top loader-quite difficult to fix it sir, or suspension mechanism and bearing on front loader sir- u have to replace it or call a qualified service tech - happy washing soon sir
