You need to get the Settings for Internet/Wap and MMS from your Network Service Provider. These settings are usually sent as a text msg. When you receive the msg. choose save or install on your phone. Or get the settings directly from their website. The MMS service doesn’t always work between networks.

SOURCE: cant access my 2go through

I believe that you need to call your network provider, and ask them to send you the settings for net browsing. They should send it in a text message. If not, they should be able to help you activate it.

When i go to web page on my mobile and connect it it says packet data connection not available how do i get packet data connection

To receive internet service on your mobile phone (called packet data service) you will need a data plan for your phone.

Most cellular providers require that for data service to be available, the customer must request it to be activated on their phone.

If you have already requested data service, contact your service provider and inform them that you are not receiving packet data for your phone.

If you haven't yet requested to have internet service on your phone, you can call your cellular carrier and request that data service be activated on your phone.

Your service provider may have several data plans available for your phone. Take a look at each plan carefully to see what it has to offer.

If you found this information helpful, please give me a big thumbs up when you rate my answer.

Packet data connection has to be activated on your mobile number. Request the service provider's helpline for this purpose and also as for the GPRS settings from them as they happen to be service provider specific.
