Question about DVD & Blu-Ray Players

1 Answer

I bought a XV-N650 dvd. When I plug it in, I only see the picture in black and white. I think the connections I've made may be wrong, though they seem to follow the instructions in the manual. Any idea on what the problem might be?

No Colour

what is a jvc xv player? how about if u connect ur tv to a cable program, does it give u the same problem? if not, ur xv player is not compatible with ur tv or tv needs to configure setting and also that means ur tv is ok. if yes, there is a problem in the color circuit of ur tv. have it check by a serviceman. but if its not economical to do it, just buy a new one.
