I am unable to record additional video due to this message, even though I have deleted over 33% of the files on the camera. I perform the disk cleanup function - assuming it will defragment and open up some space. No dice! My USB is not functional either, so I cannot download the important video clips to my computer. I am at a loss - I need to salvage these files! old disk drive full. Inserted a new disk one but JVC cam does not recognize it. Please help
