Question about Acer Aspire 5002WLMi Notebook
I have an Acer Aspire 5002WLMi which recently crashed, so I used the System Recovery CD to restore Windows XP, and it worked fine. I also want to recover Microsoft Office. The computer came with three additional Recovery CD's (Disk 1, 2 and 3 of 3) which I believe have all of the preinstalled software (including office). I explored Disk 1 of 3, and it contains a file folder named "images" as well as 2 files named Model.dat and RCD.dat. Sadly, I can't figure out how to recover the information contained within these 3 recovery CD's. I've gone through the eRecovery (Alt-F10) program, and read countless user guides and help files, but I can't find the solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Change your primary boot up,,go to ur bios and change it to cd first boot,,then your laptop will start reading you recovery cd's,,anyway, if ur 1st cd is done, ur computer will also ask for the succeeding cd's..but r u rily sure that the ms office is a package of you computer when u boght it??
