Question about Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
Everytime I try to send out a message on my Outlook Express, it won't work. Error 998 comes up and Error No. ox800cocF6 and it says that Outlook Express is not supported on free hotmail anymore.
Sounds like it's self explanatory. Perhaps Hotmail is no longer free for Outlook Express. If you would like to use Outlook Express as your defautl email client and use a POP3 based email account, may I refer you to www.hotpop.com? You can apply for a free POP3 email account which you can set up to run with your Outlook Express. You may also want to check into www.gmail.com. They support web based inboxes as well as POP3 configuration for your Outlook Express.
