Trying to sourse a main circuitboard for asko DW1875 dishwasher in Orange NSW

Either the heating element, the hi-limit thermostat that governs the element, or the control has failed... Asko Dishwasher High Limit Thermostat 8001543, Asko Dishwasher Heating Element 8073785 Asko , Dishwasher Main Control Board 8801286

Most likely it's a corroded door catch or a bad solenoid. Hopefully it's not the main control board. You'll need a repair manual or technician. A work around would be to use detergent tablets in the compartment

Check the level and tightness of the slide rails--they may have come loose after the years of use. Make sure the dishwasher case itself is level. Hope this helps!

there should only be two or three wires main wires brown & blue or red & black. green or green with yellow stripes is earth wire main wires connect to pump motor earth connects to earth point hope this helps

Hi I read your enquiry of how to remove the pushbutton swith.

You have to open the door, and remove the back panel of the door to release the front protecting cover panel. This is the only way to release the pushbutton. Do not forget to disconect the mains to avoid an electric shock.

There should be an installers/repair guide folded up behind the front panel. Check for that as it will show a wireing diagram. I won't be able to get any info until Jan 2. Let me know what you find.

Most likely the main switch is bad.
