These monitors are plug and play compliant and should not require any drivers. If you are having video problems it may be the video card.

Hi. I cant get a Polyview LCD monitor to display at full resolution in win7.

You need win7 driver which either POLYVIEW or Microsoft has it since it is too old for them to make one, they just want you to buy new monitor, one reason I am still using XP since it works perfectly with XP.

I nee to know how to change the menu language in my monitor, it change by it self and I don't know how to change it back, is in some kind of Asian language that i don't understand, is a Polyview PT-518 A

Hi there,
Open the main menu on the monitor. Look for a icon of a globe and click on it... and choses one by one until you find the jackpot (English). It's in Chinese? If so, Google Chinese translation the word English and go back and matched the word. Good luck!

Need a power cord for a Polyview PT-725A

I found this power cord thru Ebay:

Runs about $30.00. You might be able to find a cheaper one thru searching but at least you know that they are out there.

Polyview v396

Check the signal, is the monitor digital or analog, if your video card has a DVI conenctor, then the monitor should be DVI, so it needs to be set to Digital, If your monitor came with a CD, check to see if it has drivers that need to be installed

Polyview V17E

Same as before this sounds very similar to the problem that I had with my polyview v396 19" . Its a power supply problem unclip the panel withdraw the power supply it plugs in on its own seperate board. Look for capacitors that bulge and replace them in fact replace them all on tha board not that hard. Replace them with the same rating voltage and micro fards. Cheaper than relacing the whole panel, hope this helps. :)

Slow scrolling and pages overlapping.

You need the appropriate drivers for your graphics card. The problem is not the monitor. It is that the window default driver for your graphics card is not driving the card to it's full potential, therefore screen updates are much slower than they could be with the drivers that suit your card..
cheers,
dave.

No sound

if your monitor has speakers, and it should  built in; then you will see a separate lead with  green plug on the end of it which is to be located in the rear of your pc with the green marked socket.

If theres no lead, then there must be a connector on the rear of the monitor
