I was looking for a part not trying to fix a problem. I just need a jack for my medal detector that I broke off. Nobody lists parts that I could find ,I guess you have to go to one of their dealers.

901 involvement implies you have an Active Equalizer somewhere in the audio path. IT has buttons on it that can interrupt the signal.

One head phone stopped working


I would suggest you try a set of phones you know works... and see if it is not just the headphones.

If the known headphones are showing the same problem , I would next move to inspect the female jack for wear and possible replacement.

H/p is for headphone. It automatically turn the speakers of when headphones are used. Might have a bad connection on the head phone jack board, or your 1yr old put some thing metal in the jack. Try using a head phones.

Brand new. No sound from any speakers or headphone. Headphone indicator is on without headphone jack inserted

HOW CAN I HOOK UP MY IPOD TO MY RECEIVER


Use a phono to RCA stereo jack (pic below) and hook one end to the head phone jack on your ipod and the other ends to your amplifier aux or tape input and adjust the volume to low on the ipod - select the input on the stereo - Aux or tape in.

Best place is at the head phone jack. or get a head phone to rca adaptor at The Shack or on the web. Then you don't even need to take the cover off or solder.

I had a similar problem and solved it by simply blowing in the headphone jack (h/p input).
