Question about Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
I have installed and updated TurboTax on my XP Home computer, but trying to run it fails, and I get an error message, which seems to be a Microsoft problem and is being sent to them. What went wrong?
Try re-installing the software.. it is possible that something messed up when installing/updating.. Also make sure that any updates you apply are for windows XP and not windows Vista
