Question about Cell Phones
My phone (motorola razor v8)wont connect to the internet. i have downloaded the settings several times but it still wont work. it will also not work when i try to connect it to my computer. when i do connect it to my computer the message on the phone screen says 'the USB connection has been established. do not unplug this device during trnasfer' but the message on the motorola apllication on the pc says it cannot recognise a device.
I have the same problem when trying to get my PC to recognise my V8. I went to the Motorola website for updates and the V8 is not even one of the options!!!! This is a classic example of BAD RUBBISH support for users. Motorola MUST be aware of this problem and do they supply any help? Of course not. So I say to all people reading this: Don't tolerate poor customer service and contact MOTORALA and DEMAND better support.

I have the exact same problem, tried contacting Orange and will now try contacting Motorola
