Answer:
With the buttons toward the top:
The top LEFT slider button is for power. Slide toward the outside for ON. Light on top of mouse turns green after about 1 second, and stays green for about 10 seconds (assuming the batteries are okay). When the batteries are failing, it blinks red.
The top Right PUSH button sends a connection signal to the PC. When pressed, the indicator light on the top flashes green and red, indicating the special connection signal.
This is the mouse side of the equation (good batteries, slider turned on, connection button pressed and released.).
NOW: the PC must have a working receiver, with drivers installed, and Bluetooth software installed. it sould detect the mouse. If it asks for a passkey, say none (mouse doesn't need passkey).
You should not need Microsoft Intellipoint. it doesn't have a configuration for this particular mouse model anyway.

Good Luck!

What can I do to fix my phone it has white screen can not see anything

It doesn't sound too good for your phone. If it's an iPhone you can try to restore it. It sounds like it's just broke and time to get a new phone.

White screen 8530

Have you tried a reset or a reboot? Try these steps:

1. Power off the cell phone by holding down the power button for at least 5 seconds. The screen should turn black. Now, let go of the button and press it again until the screen lights up again.

2. If the screen is still white while holding down the power button, open up the back of the cell phone and remove the battery. Wait for 30 seconds before putting the battery back in, to allow the software to reset itself. Put the battery back in and press the power button until the screen lights up again.

3. If you removed the battery and you still have a white screen, you may have a software issue. Go to a local cell phone repair company and have it replaced or fixed.

Hmmmm.....this sounds to me like the sensor is damaged (and is likely more expensive to fix than to buy a new camera at this point that would have features that far exceed your M20). One question though: did you try to do a "hard reset" of the firmware? This fixed another issue on battery drain for me. It's like rebooting your computer. Put in fresh batteries, then hold down the power and menu button at the same time until the camera resets (at least that's how it works on my M30). It may reset the problem with the sensor (only guessing). If that doesn't work, I think it's time for a new camera. Good luck!

Hello, I just got a vcr from a friend--it is a hitachi (fx6411) but I can't get the remote to work even after putting in new batteries. Is there something I need to do to set it up to work? thank...

There shouldn't be any setup required. Make sure the battery terminals inside the remote are clean- use a qtip and alcohol, or a pencil eraser.
You can test the remote by pushing it's buttons while aiming at a video camera. It will show up as a white light if it's working.
You might have a bad remote. You can get universal remotes, in that case, that should work.
Good luck, and hope this helps.
