Question about Sony Playstation 3 (PS3) Console
You can either;
Format it (system settings) and hope it fixes the problem (this may not necessarily work).
Or get it replaced. If you bought it from a shop (As opposed to ordering it online) and have the reciept, take it back to the shop and ask them if they'll replace it. If you can't do this because you don't have the reciept (or the shop is evil), call Sony up (find the number on their website) and tell them about the problem, and they should arrange to pick yours up and have it replaced.
