What wireless card is installed on my hp pavillion p7 NS CUAUIB 6

Go to the hp.com site and click on support and select Drivers. On the right side of the page is a link offering to let HP Detect my product. Click that and it should show all wireless devices available for the model you have. If your wanting to reload the driver, just click on each one (one at a time) and if it's the correct driver, it will load up and if not, it will tell you it didn't discover the device. No big deal. Just click on the next one till it recognizes your card and loads up!

How to turn on bluetooth radio

Which operating system ???...
There are a variety of ways to connect to the Internet or a home/business network using your Hewlett-Packard (HP) desktop computer---via a modem, Ethernet cable and even wirelessly.
A wireless connection works by sending a signal from your modem or router to your HP desktop's built-in wireless radio.
The radio receives and processes the signal so you can access the Internet or a home or business network.
In order for the signal to be received by your HP desktop, you must enable the wireless radio within the computer's configuration.

Click "Start," "Control Panel."
Double-click on the "HP Wireless Assistant" icon.
The HP Wireless Assistant dialog box will open.
Click the "Turn On" button next to the words "Wireless LAN."
Click "Close" to activate the wireless radio.

I'm trying to connect to a home wireless network, but my HP m7480n simply won't connect. I'm supposed to have wireless capabilities, it says so on the front of the darn tower, and when I try...

The wireless switch can be in many different places depending on the computer you own. For the HP you own, specifically, I'm not sure, but it should either be somewhere in the front of the processor or it can even be on the keyboard. Look for a symbol that resembles a object with "wireless signal waves" coming out of one or two sides. Here is an example of a wireless symbol: http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportDocument/c00045244/c00188322.jpg

Once you locate this symbol, you should either be able to push the switch or button on which it's located to activate the wireless switch or you should be able to flip a switch next to the symbol to activate it. If you cannot locate this switch, check your user manual for instructions or contact HP directly to get step-by-step instructions. Let me know if you need anything else.

How do I remove the front panel from my HP Pavillion 505N computer?

You might need to remove the other side panel to access the front cover. Press in on the tabs attaching the front cover (three or four on each side), and gently pull it forward. Carefully remove any cables attached to the front cover.

Where is the wireless radio button on an old HP Pavillion 8705? I just installed a usb wireless adapter and now I'm running the Linksys Add a computer to your wireless network wizard, but the message tells...

On desktops, that's usually software controlled, not via a button.
nce you have the right software installed for the usb adapter for your operating system, there should be an icon in the system tray where you can activate the wireless feature.
I stress for your operating system because I had to get a new adapter once because i couldn't find vista or windows 7 drivers for my old adapter which I used with windows xp.

CANT GET WIRELESS MOUSE TO WORK

Try changing with a new set of batteries. also try to reset the connection of the wireless mouse and keyboard. you can locate a connect button on both the reciever and wireless keyboard. press both of them together and release them. this would reset the connection. try doing the same for reciever and wireless mouse connect buttons. this should work. also check for any possible alignment issues.
