I just changed printers cause my printer kept jamming it is a hp laserjet 2420 the same printer that I had before and my computer isn't recogonizing it nothing prints now.

Next time play around with the paper jamming is caused by the loading of the paper just adjust it by hand,square it up etc,dont just put paper in the tray and leave it,these machines would have to be extremely sensitive to be able to load correctly every time,i dont know why the same model isnt working
