What is the error message? Is it downloading and not installing? or is the Tab out of space on the primary storage? Usually it is a storage issue and the simple way to fix it is to move some apps to the SD card. To do that go into Settings>Application Manager. The list should start with downloaded apps. select one and when App info opens you will see a box that says "Move to SD card". Select that for each app you would like to move.
