I have a model cm4113 durabrand and it's not working. Switch light is "on", but it does not want to warm up and drop the water inside the pitcher. Can someone help me? VRHER9@aol.com

I have the same maker. I found an inline fuse in the wire that supplies power to the heating element that had blown. I replaced mine. I think you can pick this up at Radio Shack for a couple of bucks. Then you will need someone to put it in for you .
