Question about SanDisk Sansa e270 MP3 Player
I accidentally reformated the memory on my mp3 player. now when i attach it to computer the blue light goes on around the wheel but the screen stays black. cant et it to do anything. any suggestions
I would recommend you to go to the sandisk site to update the firmware on your device or you can contact sandisk to they can help you with updating the firmware on your device..I think the reason you are getting that screen is because you have formatted it under my computer...next time you want to format it use the windows media player instead.
