If you are experiencing drainage issues and cleaning the pump does not work, you may have to replace the drain pump. You will usually experience an "F2", "SUD" or "F21" error code (depending on model number) for a drain blockage problem. Since this error code occurs when the drain cycle exceeds 8 minutes, if the pump motor or impeller becomes damaged, the pump will not pump at the required volume and the error code will continue to occur. yes!! the F/11 is triggered under high voltage conditions like high speed spinning. The part is called the MCU motor control unit. if it goes into failure while using your machine and locks the door, just wait 3 minutes and the door will unlock after the MCU resets. Try using you machine with a low speed spin for awhile.

Most of the time its the thermal fuse part # 3390719

The door lock is not telling the control the door is locked. Faulty door switch or failed control or loose wire.Try pushing in on the door while it tries to start. Advanced trouble shooting may be required.

Remove the lower front panel 3 screws across the bottom. Pump will be behind this panel.

Getting around the way the boards are pre-programmed is not something they write into the manuals or even make programable. If you want to soak with more bleach, open the dispenser drawer after the unit has filled and add a bleach/ water miture to the soap area of the dispenser. This will let it run into the machine and will get you more bleach in there.

removethe lower acess panel 3 screws across the bottom , run the cycle and watch to see where exctly the leak is coming from it should be quite apparent

The inlet valve will need to be replaced. Its a fairly simple procedure and a pretty inexpensive part.
