Try taking the fake "lug nuts" off the tires with a set ff channel locks. Just pry them off easy. There will be 2 or 3 screws holding the wheels on. Remove the wheels and take out the visible screws there. Then remove the 4 easy to see silver screws underneath.

Check for any dry soldering in its main board. Justopen the tv and check the soldering of the components lead in the soldering side. If you have a dryer just warm up the soldering side of your tvs main board.

we have a lot of problems with samsung tv's. if you can i would take it back and get another brand. if not do not remove that back it would void your warranty. if you take it in for repair it will take about two weeks to fix. the only really thing you can try is to unplug it for 5 mins and then plug it back in. this might reset the tv... but do not bet on it. good luck :) let me know if you need more info?
Before you do anything else, make sure you do a hard reset. Unplug your television for an hour or two and then plug it back in. If you are still seeing the blinking lights and no picture or sound then we know of several possible prolbems that it might be. All of which require a local repair service to open the tv and replace a part.
