Our power went out and in five minutes came back on. the clock is came back on but now the control won't work except for the timers buttons but nothing else. the stove top knobs work but not for the oven. what do you think is the problem?
Sounds like the power outtage fried the clock. unfortunately, none of today's ovens come with a UPS (uninterruptible power supply), sort of like a power box for your computer. if he power goes out, it'll fry the electronics, including the clock.
have a technician come out and test the clock to see if there is power going to it and what voltage is coming out of it. i would suggest replacing the clock.

Didn't lose power. I was trying to cook the Thanksgiving Day turkey when the oven went out. Clock, oven light, and stove top work fine, but nothing else. The message "Function not available" scrolls across the screen when a buttons for bake, broil, convect, clean, and more options is pushed.
