HP 3310 error

Thanks for trying to help.
I had the error code in the title bar but it cut it off. the error code (. The error is Ink System Failure Error 0xc18a0101

    During a print run, printer, printers stopped and error message apeared to say 'Ink system failure' unable to copy, print, scan or receive fax.

    Followed instructions in manual - no go. Technician at Cartridge World also failed to corect problem.

    Can you help?

I'm having the same issue and this isn't getting resolved. Another crappy HP Product bites the dust. I think these types of errors are programmed into the hardware.

Hi ok please try I found this I know your error not in here but it may work for It worth a try nothing to lose and it may work. I know your error code is not in this but it some times it clean the error with this type of error number you can gave it a go try not harm it Error code: 0xc18a0201, 0xc18a0206, 0xc18a0306, 0xc18a030a, 0xd0620130, 0x887dd03a, 0xd05d010d, 0xf0af8004, 0xc19ac3ff, 0xc18a050...

Reset the product:
1. Without turning off the product, disconnect the USB cable from the rear of the product.
2. Remove the cartridges from the product.
3. Wait for the 'Insert Cartridges ' message to display on the control panel.
4. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product.
5. Wait 60 seconds.
6. Reconnect the power cord. If the product does not automatically turn on, press the Power button ( ).
7. Reinsert the cartridges, and then close any open doors on the product.
8. If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so.
9. Reconnect the USB cable to the rear of the product, and then try printing again.

HP Photosmart error code Oxc19a0002 what does it mean?

0xc18a0106 error from hp 3310 printer.... ink system has failed


That error code indicates a Ink system failure error message. Ink system failed mainly caused by your cartridge spitting extra inks into the copper contacts inside the printer. All you need is to remove all cartridge, clean the copper contacts at the back of it, clean also the contacts inside the printer (cartridge slots). Insert it back in after cleaning, unplug the power cord without turning off the printer, wait for 1 min before plugging it back in. Let me know the result.

Have a hp 3310 it says ink system failure error 0xc18a0106 it wont print,scan,copy and it does have enough ink. thank 4 ur help


Turn off the machine using the power button, unplug the power cord from the back of the machine, remove the ink cartridges, wait 2 min, plug the power cord back in, press the on button, wait until the printer prompts that the ink cartridges are missing, then replace the ink cartridges. If this doesn't clear the error then you may need to re-prime ink through the system to clear the error. Can't print on Photosmart 3110 all in one


This is a result in a print head failure or the use of non HP ink ether or there right you need to service the unit part will be needed if the maintance does fail. If your using non HP ink stop its use and purchase HP ink you be glad you did!

I have a hp 3310, INK system ERROr & a Remember to turn off system at off button not wall error


Its probably dried up ink particles on the cartdridge and the contacts in the carrier.

First, if your going away for a while, its good to remove the ink and replace with new ones. They tend to settle and dry up if left sitting for too long. Thast why they are sealed when you bye them, to keep the contacts from getting buildup.

Try using a wetted paper towel and cleaning the contacts on the cartdridge and in the printer carier.

have printer unplugged when doing this.

Also, check the manual, theres often a key function that you can do tyo return the printer to factory defaults.

HP 3310 All In One Error


Try to reset the system by holding down the OK, Cancel, Black, and Color buttons at the same time and turn the 3310 off. Keep holding the buttons down until the printer shuts off and then turns itself back on. You will have to turn the printer off twice and then it will recalibrate. Make sure you have new cartridges in the printer so that it can reset.
