Question about FixYa Service
Hi ells1231, First, make sure that you are signed into your FixYa account. Click on "My Profile" on the upper right. Click on the "Edit Profile" link under the default avatar. Click on the "My Expertise" link on the left of the page (not the one in the upper right!) Scroll down to where it says "Upload your Profile Picture". There you can upload an avatar. Files must be 50kb or smaller, and either JPG, GIF, or PNG format. When you are done, click "Save Changes" at the bottom. Please feel free to contact our Support Team directly at: http://www.fixya.com/contact

Good helpful tips so far! :)
Something else I discovered through experiment -
When uploading a profile avatar say, from your PC,
the picture's DPI may cause the preview image at top-right to only show part of the image. Using your mouse's left button, drag the cursor in the left editing image to select/crop while watching what happens in the preview image.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
Here's a link to this great service
