Although the disk might look fine the disk may have been inconstructed correctly i have had the same issue before ask the shop/company you have brought it from for a new copy oryour disk drive could be damages or dirty use a disk cleaner to clean out your disk reader and tray. You might have some incompatible software or you computer's might not meet the requirements to check that to.
I fixed this going to the main folder of the game and in legends.exe (the client launcher) right click -> properties -> compatibility tab -> check the "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" Hope it works! good luck
