normally there is a switch On/OFF feature of the laptop. Double check if it is turned On and see what happens

- if the switch is indeed on, then try removing the WIFI card which is installed inside your laptop and using a pencil eraser, try cleaning the contact and plugging it back in and see what happens if it will redetect your card.Yes
