i would just advise you to take it in to a bike shop and get a tune up they will do the oil change and might even have a manual or know how to obtain 1.

They dont have a service manual for your set here, But you can get one at this link. You have the Phillips DPTV 305 chassis. The manual can be obtained at this link.

Hi I don't know what country you're in but there are websites that will supply direct replacement remotes. You could try here if you're in the uk:

If you can identify the exact model number of the appliance or remote you can also google for information, there may even be a picture of it somewhere or a source where you can obtain a manual.
