If you can send email from your phone, it might be easiest simply to email the picture to yourself from the phone.

Otherwise if your phone has Bluetooth and your laptop has Bluetooth you can try a Bluetooth File Transfer.

Otherwise you'll have to try to find a data cable for your phone.

You need to do Admin programming to tell the system to log the calls (#317 & #318)

Then you need to put a log button on a lighted button (Feature 23)

I have an avaya 18 partner how do i program a button so i can use my caller id in the future to see old calls?


You need to get into admin programming. #316, #317 and #318 need to be set up. Then put buttons on the phones, feature 23 and feature 16

If you have a Partner ACS, you need to set up programming in #317, 318, and 319. Do that FOR ALL PHONES AND ALL LINES ON THOSE PHONES. Lots of tedius programming

Once done program a log button on the phone (feature 23)

My phone rings, but when I answer I can't hear the person on the other end & they can't hear me. How do I fix this?


Can you hear them if you use the speaker not the handset? My be a bad handset or you could have Headset mode on. Default code for headset is infinity 317 or just 317

Did you attempt bluetooth tranfer?
Remove battery, make a hard reset a couple of hours and try it.

My samsung sgh-u600 loses photos and music everytime i switch the phone off. the camera/video fails when trying to save to the phone memory


I have the same problem.  My phone retailer suggested that it might be a software problem.

Can't download photo onto the keychain


What's going on with these photokeychains? I've spent hours trying to install this and my computer will not pull up my photo album. Can't get through to the 800 # and you have no solution. What are we as the customer supposed to do?
