THE DAY OF THE CALL WOULD BE APRIL 17, 2008 AND THEN SEND A LETTER TO SONY AND PROVIDE A COPY TO YOUR LOCAL MEDIA. WAIT THREE BUSY DAYS AND FOLLOW UP WITH YOUR LOCAL MEDIA TO REPORT THIS TV. WE ALL HAVE TO FORSE SONY TO REPLACE THIS TV. 4 YEARS IF THE LIFE OF THIS TV. I KNOW THINGS WARE AND TEAR, BUT 4 YEARS IS RIDICULAS. have you ran magicfocus on hd channels and if you have and still have problem it will most likely have to have adjsutments done in the service menu when running on a hd signal
