Sounds like you have a bad oven ignitor, very common problem with alkl gas ranges, easily repaired by you a few screws and a wire harness part number 12400035

Preheat goes to 100 degrees and stays there. All push buttons to 27 in Jenn-air oven work and after 45 minutes unit heats up.Now not heating up at all.

whenever you set an oven it always starts at 100,if that's an electric oven most likely the bake element is bad and the broil element is just working and heating up the oven, when you set the oven to bake both the broil and bake elements get hot.if it's gas most likely a bad ignitor, send the model number if you write back, also if that's an electric oven make sure you flip the breaker so there's no power going to the oven before you try to remove the element,i see people try to remove the element with the power still on and when they pull out the element the wires touch the metal and bang they short out the clock assy.kill the power, remove the two screws that hold the element in place or if this isn't a wall oven slide out the oven, unplug it,remove the back wall and with a meter read out the element, remove at least one of the wires first and then check it,very simple set your meter to 20k,ohms touch the leads to the element where the wires connect to it,if you see a 1 the element is bad or open,if you see anything else but 1 the element is good or closed, hope this helps you out

Maytag double electric oven. we turn on to bake and would switch to broil then will turn off.

Assuming this is on a gas range, the bake burner ( under the oven floor) and the broil burner ( at the top of the oven) have electric igniters . When switching from bake to broil the broiler goes off due to a defective or broken broil igniter. cheap part to replace ( +-$40.00)

I have a kenmore oven. Just got an F2 error and the oven element will not turn off. Even when powered down, it heats back up when oven is in off position.

Range "Older Style"
F2 Oven too hot Replace relay board (if present) or oven temperature sensor

Range "Newer Style"

F2 Oven temp sensed; over 600F sensed by control in time of day mode, bake mode, or over 900F sensed in clean mode. Ohm test the oven temperature sensor, if OK, change power relay board.

Turn oven on to 350. It clicks and goes to 100. Stays at 100 and never heats up.

Assuming a digital oven with a thermometer: The 100 degree reading is probably the lowest reading the thermometer will register.
Don't give me a poor rating because I said your question was poor. Include as much information as possible including basic description of appliance and model number. Try different things and state what works as well as what does not work.
In this way, you can get better answers. As is, I know nothing about your oven except that it does not work. My keyboard will not fix your oven. It would be helpful if you convince me that you are not afraid to physically enter your oven and touch things.

Maytag gas oven has an F1 code. Model # CGR3740ADW.

The F1 code on a Maytag electric stove means the electronic range control, clock or touch pad is defective. You or a technician can do a test to determine which item is broken, but you must replace the electronic clock range in models where the touch pad and range control are one part.

I have an in the maytag gas oven that keeps beep and show f-1 when its shut off

This simple test will help determine whether the ERC (Electronic Range/oven Control or Clock) or the touch pad is defective when this error code is present.

1. Disconnect power to the range/oven (unplug the range/oven power cord or turn the power off to the range/oven at the circuit breaker). It is very important that the power to the range/oven has been disconnected, so please double check before continuing.
2. Gain access inside the control panel.
3. Disconnect the touch pad (also called keypad or membrane switch) ribbon from the ERC/EOC.
4. Make sure there are no lose wires, or anything else that may cause a short when power is turned back on. Assemble the control panel back the way it was.
5. Turn the power back on.
6. Wait for at least one hour to see if the code comes back (usually accompanied by a beeping sound).
7. If the code comes back and the beeping as well, replace the ERC(control board). If it does not, replace the touch pad.

Maytag oven reads fi

Defective touch pad or clock (ERC)

This simple test will help determine whether the ERC (Electronic Range Control or Clock) or the touch pad is defective when F1 error code is present.

Note: Some models incorporate the touch pad in to the ERC as a single assembly, in which case this test is not necessary. Simply replace the ERC (Clock).

Warning: If you feel in any way uncomfortable performing this test or making this repair, please contact a qualified appliance repair technician.

1. Disconnect power to the range (unplug the range power cord or turn the power off to the range at the circuit breaker). It is very important that the power to the range has been disconnected, so please double check before continuing.
2. Gain access inside the control panel.
3. Disconnect the touch pad (also called keypad or membrane switch) ribbon from the ERC.
4. Make sure there are no lose wires, or anything else that may cause a short when power is turned back on. Assemble the control panel back the way it was.
5. Turn the power back on.
6. Wait for at least one hour to see if the F1 code comes back (usually accompanied by a beeping sound).
7. If F1 comes back, replace the ERC. If it does not, replace the touch pad.
