for AR 5320 just check 1- main corona 2- leveling the developer unit 3- clean cleaning plate, for H4 just rest the machine as mentioned above, if not plz check fuzing unit -- thermostat
The usb cannot be switched off in either service of customer modes. have you tried using the parrallel port? Maybe it is a computer issue, wrong drivers perhaps, try a different usb port on your machine
You can not enlarge when set to book copy since the machine is not able to rotate the image to fit on bigger size of paper.you need a machine with rotation feature like the Sharp ar-5127 with a dual function board.
