Now how do you hook up the printer

Hello there:
First what you will have to do is to install the cd rom and install the drivers and then it will tell you when to hook up the cable to the printer and it will show you the location where it needs to hook up then simply hook up a printer cable that should have came with the printer or if you do not have it you can get from any computer store or even walmart and it just simply connects to the computer on the back or if it is a usb type you can hook it up to any usb there as well and on the other end hooks to the printer port ok then it will recognize the printer and finish installing the hardware for you then you will have to restart the computer and you will be done ok?
I hope this is very helpful for you
Best regards Michael

Off Hook and on Hook How do I switch from off hook to on hook

Offhook and Onhook are for faxing. You can press onhook to hear dial tone to make sure your fax connects. I don't believe a speed dial setting can be saved to that button unless you have to press a function button before accessing.

If you want to change destination you should be able to browse the machine via internet browser by typing IP address of copier.

I.E. internet explorer type 192.168.1.20 no http no www
the address I typed is just an example you need to get your IP address of your copy machine.
Once you access the admin page there should be a place to enter/edit your address book and you can reassign your speed dial/email destinations.

Hope this helps,

Can't see how to open C66 printer

Yes, I'm afraid getting the covers off this family of printers is a nightmare - but possible. I have done a few but usually wished I hadn't bothered! Anyway - here's some notes on the job:
Normal 0 C6x and C8x Family Disassembly Notes Removing the end covers is the most difficult task. The service manual is very confused over this. Do not remove the thin “end plates” (dark plastic) - these are merely decoration. RHS and LHS are when looking at the front of the printer (opposite way round to the service manual). In the service manual, the red hooks hold the end covers, and the blue hooks the main centre cover..
End Cover RHS Release the hook at the top rear, and the two “prong hooks at the bottom, then prise the end cover off as far as possible. The end cover is now held on only by two hooks deep inside the cover (top front corner and top centre). It is impossible to reach these two hooks – brilliant design eh! These hooks are orientated downwards, and you need to lever up the flexible edge of the cover at the top, whilst trying to push it off. Do the corner one first, then the top one. The hooks are easily broken, so care is required.
End Cover LHS Release the hook at the top rear, and the one “prong hook at the bottom as before. There is a small square plate underneath with a >slot next to it. The purpose of this slot is not to release a hook inside, but to permit you to prise up the cover so that it can slide over this plate. There is also a similar slot near a foot – this appears to have no purpose. Then do the top hooks as before.
