I have stackable, dryer not turning do I just need a new belt? Is it easy to fix?

You will be needing to take it apart to see if the belt is the problem.
As to the ease of replacement?
That is determined by your mechanical aptitude and eagerness to fix it.
As for myself, since I look at these problems as "fun", it does not bother me if it take days or weeks before it is running again.
God bless your efforts.

Dryer wont heat up

1st I would check my breaker or fuses to make sure I was getting the correct voltage to the dryer.
2nd I would check the thermostats for continuity
3rd I would check the heating element. Check for continuity and to ground.. If it reads good but reads to ground you still have a bad heater.

One of these would cover about 98% of dryer repairs when the symptom is not heating. If you find that all of the above are good and still no heat. You may want to have a service tech look at the dryer. You really dont want to guess at parts like timers. It can get expensive fast. Good luck and happy fixin.

My Duet Whirlpool Dryer (had this #8519498) has burning smell

I am not the Dryer fixin' trade...but I have this dryer. To me, it sounds like it overheating or the heater unit has become lose from its hold rack. I would MOST definitely have a pro look at it and do NOT leave the dryer unattended...It may be a possible fire hazzard

Take Care
