Question about Alpine PKG-RSE2 Car DVD Player
DVD goes through normal procedures and starts to play. However, after varying (15 seconds to 5 minutes) moments the play stops, DVD freezes and screen goes to an orange tint with black vertical lines. Unit will eject and power off only using manual and/or remote. No other keys or functions work. I have a back-seat power source (cigerette lighter) that doesn't work. I recently re-placed a 10A fuse for the front seat power outlet for an ipod. Could it be a fuse? A quick check showed no blown fuses - I think?? Thanks in advance for the help.
Hello, I realy dont tink the fuse have anything to with it. teh fuse is only to secure any item been plug wont short due to a bad connection. If I was you I would look for the nearest alpine repair shop and have it look at, the parts can be purchased at http://www.pacparts.com/cart.cfm?CFID=1793760&CFTOKEN=58711489. hope this help. JR
