Saeco decalcifying liquid

Hi there I have a Saeco Trevi Digital Plus and I have to decalcify the machine.  I bought the Saeco decalcifying liquid but there are no english instructions on the bottle.  Do  you have any idea how i can get some english instructions or how much of the liquid I should use.
Thanks
Daniela

I would not use this product unless you exactly know what it is, and if it's appropriate for your coffee machine. Instead get some Saeco decalcifier powder DEZCAL that you add to your water and follow your machine instruction on how to decalcify.

Hi
I am assuming that you have a digital machine. If so, you have to go into the menu and go to "Reset Descale", push the enter button and choose "Yes" and push the button again. Then you can exit the menu and it should be gone.

There is a program in the menu to reset descale. Chose it and chose "yes". Rember to push the menu button to accept any change before you exit the menu.

How much decalcifier do I use. Doesn't say on the bottle. Thanks

Hi Use 1 oz. for every 32oz of water. There is a program in your machine for descaling. Select it and open knob in front once you have the powder disolved. When you have finished go to the menu that says "reset descale" and choose "yes". Then set your water hardness in your menu to 4, and your machine will tell you when it needs to be descaled again.

How to decalcify royal digital?

hi my name is Lee Davidian here is your answer
Automatic Decalcifying Cycle
The automatic decalcifying cycle keeps the machine in perfect operating order. When prompted by the user, mineral buildups in the internal boiler can be dissolved and removed with Saeco’s decalcifying solution and a push of a button.

Decalcify?

I had the same problem with a Saeco Royal Digital. I ran the decalcifying liquid through the machine with the automatic descaling program as per the instructions on the bottle and the DECALCIFY message stayed up.
I solved it by going to the menu and selecting "Signal Descal." and toggling it from No to Yes. I escaped back to the menu and git the usual "Select Product".
Hope this helps.
