i have bought a mikomi ap 71 21 i put the disk in it wont launch it goes round slow the disk as though it is stuck i have gone to programes clicked e and it wont load in i get cam on for a second and then fuzzy lines comes on and it goes black i have hp pavilion entertainment pc windows vista whats the problem
