Maginnovision LCD Monitor

I have a MAG MA-32EF1AC LCD TV that scrolls through the menu like it is demon posessed. Volumn goes up. All types of resets do not work, any suggestions. Besides the toss it?

WizYou probably have a bad filter Capacitor in the power supply. Schmatics would help locate the faulty component, also you can tear it apart and look for any water intrusion. My wife cleaned the TV screen with windex and it ran down the screen and into the TV. It destroy a menu button which had to be replaced. It caused unusual simptoms.
