Nokia 6133 white screen

Hi, yesterday wheni wanted to text someone my phone was off. i restarted it and it turned white for like 20 minutes, after that it turned off again. since then it does the same thing over and over. I did all the basic stuff, but your way of resetting doesnt work. Am i supposed to get sim out, then put sim in + battery. then turn it on while pressing *3send?

I'm having the same problem. I tried holding down *3send with the sim card out and pushing the power on. I get a message"start without sim card?". Do I also hold down the power button? How long should I hold the buttons?

    Thanks for your help!

It turns on but a blank white screen only shows

i had the same issue when my phone got slightly wet. try taking everything apart (sim card, battery, back). let them dry out for a little bit then after like a day or two put the phone back together. turn it on it will be a white screen for a little bit but give it like 2 or 3 mins and if should come back. I did this for my phone cuz i really needed the pictures off it and it worked! hopefully if will work for you too. GOOD LUCK!

Almost-blank screen -- no icons, nothing

First turn it OFF, take the SIM card out.

Press * 3 send at the same time and turn phone on. Keep them pressed until the reset screen appears.
Give it time to reset.
