Question about Nokia 6288 Cellular Phone
Do Not purchase anything from ispeedway!!! They will take your money and will do nothing to help after that but give you a run a round. We were one of the idiots to give them over 3000 dollars and make zero dollars after much time and more money spent paying for other services to help our web site. They say that they will direct buyers to your site and we did get visitors (scam), but no person looked at anything behind the first page which we talked to them about and got another run a round. Please do not fall for their line of B. The products that they give you to sell are overstock type and no great buys on the customers side.

Next week will mark 5 months since I purchased the 'upgraded' Internet Speedway gold site on 13 Sep 05, and it is still completely non-functional. I can't place or receive orders and my domain wasn't transferred until last week. Almost 3 months overdue.
I find the company's technical assistance and customer service completely unacceptable. Their ineptitude has prevented me from making any sales during the 2005 holiday season, which is the only reason I agreed to the upgrade in the first place. The salesman who pitched me the upgrade was emphatic about the fact that if I 'get in now' (Sep 05) my site will be up and running by the holidays and I should realize significant sales profits. He repeatedly told me '60% of annual Internet sales occur during the holiday period'.
I have repeatedly asked the support reps to put me in contact with the person who sold me the upgrade, but I was told the system doesn't allow them to verify who the salesman was, which is absurd. I'll bet the system worked fine when he received the commission from my sale! The customer service hotline message also stated 'the best part is we do all the work', which is a blatant untruth. They have since changed it to state 'the best part is we most of the work', which tells me they've had complaints of this type before.
I have placed numerous (dozens) of customer service requests via email, and many more via phone. The last time I was actually successful in reaching a manager (Max), but he verbally chastised me for 'not properly taking care of the issue with a customer service rep'. Not only did they stiff me, but they were abusive.
They do offer a refund policy, but it's only for 30 days. They never tell you that by the time they actually get around to posting your site the refund will be 4 months past due.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
There are a 1001 more complaints about this SCAM.
