Question about Toshiba 32A61 32" TV
With the set on, I would like you to use all of the manual control buttons on the set to see if they all work the way they should. If any one of them does not or if all don't, then I would say your have a corrupted E-Prom which will have to be replaced by a service center. This is not an expensive repair, probably around 75-100 $, depending on who does it. It's a no brainer for a tech.
