the same thing happened to my camera. the pictures come out that way and that is how the photoshooting screen looks before the picture is taken. the screen doesn't look like that during menu modes so i'm assuming there is some damage to the lens as well?

You may just have to take the cost of repairing or replacing it. for ashleyyy x0 and angela1178 if your screen only shows in pink no matter if your looking to take a picture or video or look through the menu the damage may be to the screen. for ginawell it seems there is damage to the data streaming from the lens to the lcd screen.

Hi, Recently my digital camera are taken complete white pictures in the morning with clear sky and sun appear now after a month I can take color pictures but with white strips pictures...

The problem you mention does not seem to be in the pictures.
No, probably not firmware, that depends what kind of camera as well. You did not tell the camera model, unless it is the Canon A410. If that is the case, download the firmware which is the newest, if available, and install according to instructions.
Also you can try to reset all menus to default. You may also try to do this: Remove all batteries including (if it has) a data battery for 24 hours. Then install all batteries, and re-test the camera.

The pictures are coming out pink and fuzzy

Does this problem appear on the LCD only or on the printed pictures and the LCD?
Is this on all the pictures or just in certain SCN?

If you have the settings on AUTO the camera will automatically adjust to what it thinks will make the best picture.
Try and use the SCN.
You can also switch the flash on and off as you wish.

I hope it works out if not the camera will need a repair.

This sounds like it might be a defective CCD imager. But you didn't mention the make or model of your camera. Pictures are pink with lines

The camera is a wonderful Kodak product and takes beautiful 8.5 Megapixel photographs. When you save the pictures to an SD card, you must at some point remove them digitally from the card.
Either by linking it to the USB cable and going from there to your PC, OR by removing the SD card from the camera and inserting it into an SD card slot in your computer, printer, or card reader. Occasionally the card readers such as the ones in your PC, printer, or card reader devices do not connect properly and will only transfer part of the data, resulting in pink ugly lined photographs. This problem can be fixed by using the USB cable instead of the built in card readers in your other devices.

Kodak m853 digital camera, pink pictures

Try removing the battery and waiting 5 minutes or so, then re-install the battery. This should force the camera to re-boot itself. If you still have this problem, contact the Kodak site and go to the support area. You can probaly find some troubleshooting FAQ's that list this, or just e-mail or call their tech support.

I believe the picture size you're using is not the maximum of M853 which is 8MP, otherwise you can take fewer pictures - like for 4 or 5, depending on the scene complexity.

Your camera has 16 MB internal memory. The lower MP you use (menu> picture size), the more pictures you can store.

If you want to take more pictures, use a memory card. the cam is SDHC ready - been tested to work up to 4gb. may even work with 8gb.
