CD tay won't open

Had the system 1 yr. One day after a storm, we find the cd tray open with system off. Had to shove the tray in. There was no other way to get it closed. Since then the player tray doesn't open or close. The read-out says open/close. That's it....

If you had any cds inside, you can open the case and see whether there's any cd jammed, with the power switch off! If you didn't have any cds inside, open the case anyway and check if the tray opens or not!!!
